Slab Machine Mod 1.17.1/1.16.5 is all about adding slab variants of vanilla (but also modded) machines.
Features:
Currently, the mod contains the following:
- Slab Workbench (compatible with the Fast Workbench mod)
- Slab Furnace (compatible with the Fast Furnace mod)
- Slab Noteblock
- Slab Tnt
- Slab Chest (and trapped)
Mod support:
- Tinkers- Construct (when installed adds slab variant of all table types. (including the tool forge)
- Just Enough Items (JEI) (when installed allows you to use the + to insert recipe)
- Crafting Tweaks (when installed adds the buttons to the slab workbench)

The mod requires Minecraft Forge to work. To properly install the mod, follow the simple steps below.
- Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
- Locate the minecraft application folder.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
- On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
- Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
- When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
