Immersion is a resource pack that aims to improve the graphics of Minecraft, improving and reinterpreting classic textures in a higher resolution.
Ultimately, the name of the Immersion texture pack is what defines it best. The group seeks to improve the game’s graphics, much like Faithful, but unlike the latter, Immersion focuses on increasing the realism of textures, providing a smoother and more lively aesthetic. Immersion also aims to go further by incorporating features such as support for textures connected through Optifine and PBR specular cards designed to take advantage of the potential of SEUS PTGI shaders.
Immersion is a massive project with virtually limitless possibilities for expansion. Currently, this is a 32x resource pack, and it’s mostly about blocks. Over time, it will expand to other objects, creatures, mistletoe, etc., and even at higher resolutions. The goal is to deliver each solution over time (up to 2k) and take extreme care with each answer to ensure its quality.
