Hoyoverse just released a new trailer Genshin Shock New area, Fontaine and some new characters in the area.
According to this trailer, previous trailers, and the official stream, the new region will be set in the French industrial/steampunk version.
While we don’t have any official word on the character’s gear yet, we do know their names:
free,
Lenny,
Lynette,
navy,
cartoon,
rice,
winner,
New,
Fulina,
and “The Rascal” Alechino.
Egeria and Charlotte (the only event-specific NPCs we’ve seen so far) are the names of two other characters also announced in the YouTube video.
Fans were quick to point out that many popular voice actors from popular anime shows have been added to the Japanese VA cast. Other notable elements revealed in the trailer include the hint that Wriothesley might be a blind character and that the gun could be part of Clorinde’s costume.
All Genshin Shock Compared to the previous Liyue, Lightning, and Sumeru expansions, fans can expect loads of characters, a story, and an open world heavily influenced by the French steampunk scene.
